- The Seller will deliver the Goods according to the placed Orders:
- To the address indicated in the Customer's Order via courier companies (carriers).
- Detailed delivery conditions are regulated by the regulations of the indicated courier companies available on their websites or at their offices. - Deliveries via courier companies (carriers):
- In case of notice a mechanical damage to the packaging, mechanical damage to the Goods caused during transport or the lack of Goods in the shipment or packaging, the Customer should draw up a damage report in the presence of the carrier (available from the supplier) signed by both parties. If it was not possible to write a damage report during delivery of the package, the courier should be called again to write a damage report (it is permissible to contact the Seller who, on behalf of the Customer, calls the courier to write a damage report).
- Delivery takes place on business days from 9.00 to 18.00. The day and time of delivery depends on the internal delivery schedule of the courier company and does not depend on the Seller. However, the Customer has the option of ordering a delivery for a specific day (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) or within a specified time period. This service is additionally payable in accordance with the individual price list of each courier company and requires earlier agreement with the Seller. - The delivery of the Product takes place within the European Union,
- Delivery of the Product to the Customer is free of charge, unless the Sales Agreement provides otherwise. The costs of delivery of the Product (including charges for transport, delivery and postal services) are incurred by the Seller.
